February was over in the blink of an eye. You are walking around so good and can run away from PaPa and Grammy. You look over your shoulder and grin. You know you are being a mischief maker!


You got a Valentine's Day Mr. Potato Head and you love to stick his eyes and ears on. You also got a couple of stuffed animals and some other Valentine's Day goodies.

January 2008

January 2008 was rather calm for you. You have plenty of toys from Christmas to keep you busy and you love your book basket. We change your books every month so there is always something new to look at. Last night mommy read you a book about GroundHog's Day and another one about the Chinese New Year. We are going to put an Evan's Pick book up here on your blog every month. Some of your favorite toys are the stacking blocks and the block sorter. You love putting little toys inside the buckets and you are really good at getting the right shapes in the sorter.

December 2007

During December 2007 you had a blast. You had so many new toys from your birthday in November that you were one busy little guy. You also started walking. You would go over to the tree and lightly touch an ornament with one finger. So cute.


We had several gatherings at our house and you were always the center of attention. Right before Christmas you got a double ear infection and was...well should I say....a bit crabby. We all knew you didn't feel well when you wouldn't give us one of your famous grins.

Evan it seems like you are growing so fast its impossible that last year at this time...you were just a tiny bundle.

Year in Review: October 2007

What a busy month. We had a Halloween party we called a BOO BASH and what beautiful weather for it. We built fires in two fire pits and enjoyed the brisk autumn evening. You sat on Cresia’s lap, Christy’s lap, and Athena’s lap. Eventually you fell asleep on Athena’s lap but you tried to keep your eyes open as long as possible. You carved pumpkins with mom and Aunt Kelsey on October 30th. Finally on Halloween you went trick or treating as a furry purple monster. You looked adorable and you discovered that you love suckers. Oh No! Sweet Tooth!

Year in Review: Sept. 2007

We went to the Pirate Festival and you enjoyed all the sights and sounds. There were lots of people dressed up like pirates and you enjoyed the music and singing. You dressed up like a little pirate and here you are observing what happens to complainers! You went to the festival with Mommy, Aunt Sissy, Papa and Grandma. You had lots of fun looking around.
